The primary goal of the payment plan is to provide flexibility for Ace-Liam’s art lovers who may not be able to pay the entire amount at once. By offering this option, anyone interested in owning a piece of art from Ace-Liam can gradually pay for it while ensuring it’s reserved just for them.

• Choose the artwork: You select the piece you’d like to finance (the name of the Art) and notify us using the form below.
• Initial Payment: A 25% upfront payment reserves the artwork and removes it from the shop.
• Monthly Payments: You pay the remaining balance in monthly installments over a period of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
• Final Shipment: Once the total balance is paid, the artwork is shipped to you.

The duration of payments can range from 3 to 12 months, depending on your preference. The sooner you complete the payment, the faster you receive your artwork.

If you decide to cancel after making one or more payments,

• Notify us immediately so the artwork can be put back on the shop.
• A 25% service fee (the initial installment) will be charged to compensate for keeping the artwork off the market.
• The rest of your payments will be refunded.

• If no payments or communication are received for 60 consecutive days, the plan will be terminated, and the artwork will be returned to the market.
• You will forfeit any payments made up to that point, and no refunds will be given.

By entering into a payment plan agreement for purchasing Ace-Liam’s artworks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Initial Deposit

A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total artwork price is required upfront to secure the artwork and remove it from the market.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments over a period of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, as agreed. Payments can be made via debit card, credit cards through invoice. Early payments are welcome, and paying off the balance sooner means receiving your artwork earlier.

Interest-Free Plan

The payment plan is 100% interest-free, meaning you will not incur any additional fees beyond the total agreed price.

Flexibility and Communication

If unforeseen circumstances affect your ability to make a payment, notify me immediately. Payment extensions of up to 4 months can be arranged. Alternatively, you may choose to pay larger amounts to complete the plan faster.

Artwork Shipment

Your artwork will be shipped to you only after the full balance has been paid. Shipping costs are included unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel after making one or more payments, you must notify me immediately. You will receive a refund of the payments made, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit for holding the artwork.

Ownership Transfer

Ownership of the artwork will be transferred to you only when the full payment is received. Until then, the artwork remains the artist’s property.

Commissions

Payment plans are not available for commissioned pieces. Commissions require full upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Changes to the Agreement

Any changes to the payment plan (e.g., schedule modifications or extensions) must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
